Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Orders will only be shipped after payment is completed.

Due to product size restrictions, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a residential address.

Canada Orders can only be placed in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Manitoba,Saskatchewan and British Columbia.

1. Shipping Fee

For United States

• Free shipping on orders over $60.

A shipping fee of $7.99 applies to orders under $60.


For Canada

• Free shipping on orders over $60.

2. Order Information Modification
If you need to modify your order, please email us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, modifications are not possible.

3. Processing Time
Orders typically require 0–1 business days for processing.

4. Delivery Time

• Within the U.S.: 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method.

• To Canada: 2–7 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

During holidays such as Independence Day, Labor Day, and Christmas, there may be delays. We will notify you via email with specific details.
If your order remains in “label created” status for more than 4 days, please contact us, and we will coordinate with the shipping provider to arrange a reshipment.

5. Pre-Order
Pre-order items will be shipped within the estimated timeframe. You may request a refund at any time before the order is shipped.

7. Wholesale Orders
For wholesale orders, if our warehouse has sufficient inventory, we will fulfill the shipment as usual. If not, we will contact you via email to discuss further arrangements.
The usual delivery time for custom orders is 40–60 days.
Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders.
