Light, fresh, and irresistibly creamy — this fruit salad topped with whipped cream made using a whipped cream charger is the perfect quick dessert or brunch addition. It’s beautiful, customizable, and comes together in just minutes.
Ingredients
| Fresh Fruits (choose 4–6 types) | Whipped Cream |
| Strawberries (sliced) and Blueberries | 250 ml heavy cream (chilled, 35% fat or more) |
| Mango (cubed) and Kiwi (sliced) | 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste) |
| Banana (sliced right before serving) | 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) |
| Grapes (halved) and Orange segments | 1 whipped cream dispenser |
| Apple (cut into small cubes) | 1 N2O cream charger |

Make N2O Whipped Cream
Pour the cold heavy cream into the whipped cream dispenser.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Seal the lid and insert one N2O charger into the dispenser.
(If you are using a cartridge, you can use it directly. If you are using a large cream charger, you will need to use a pressure regulator.)
Shake gently 20-30 times.
Done! You now have fluffy, fresh whipped cream ready to use.
→ Keep it refrigerated if not using immediately.
Assembling the Fruit Salad
Wash and cut all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
Place fruits in a large mixing bowl or individual serving cups.
Just before serving, dispense whipped cream generously over the fruits.

Optionally top with:
Chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, pistachios)
Shredded coconut
Mint leaves
A drizzle of honey or condensed milk
Tips
For best results, keep both the fruits and the whipped cream chilled.
Don’t mix in the whipped cream too early — it’s best added just before serving.
You can also layer the fruits and cream in cups for a parfait-style dessert.

Try serving it in glass cups or jars for a layered effect, and garnish with a sprig of mint for a fresh, elegant look. It's a crowd-pleaser at brunch tables, picnics, or afternoon teas!
